Restless and hating it

I've been getting more than 12 hours of sleep a night since I came back from Denver on Tuesday. When that happens, I can never fall asleep. And when I do, I never wake up. The vicious cycle continues, to which I am wide awake at 2:41 a.m., mere hours from when I have to be at work
