hello all. mayra here. 21, female, vegas. this is my 6th adiml? something like that. in this one my friends and i explore new york city! please enjoy! 70 pictures total.
it was such a strange feeling because you know there was something so grand there at one point. we also went to the planned memorial across the street the day before, and its going to be beautiful.
and i know what you mean about being obsessed with it. i was too for a bit, but it really doesnt hit you until you visit the city.
i live near NYC and go there quite often..i've seen like half the stuff in your pics lol. the late show: my husband and i tried to sign up to go see it but i failed at the trivia question (they call you up like 3 days before the show and ask you a question) and then they said that my husband could call and they'd give him a different question and i couldn't help but he forgot to call..then they called me the next week but i was working and..yeah we didn't get to go yet lol.
haha i like the guy with a bench shirt sitting on a bench.
oh i didnt know all that about the late show thats crazy. my friends and i tried to get tickets to go to the daily show or the colbert report, but they werent filming the days we were there :/
ahhh there are so many things to love about this post <3 was this your first time in new york? it's great, isn't it? :) firstly, i've lived in new york for a loooong time and still have not been inside the statue of liberty! did y'all go in? secondly, i love the bono banner. third, john lennon tribute <3 and finally, that red velvet cake looks sooo good! looks like you ladies had a great time!
it was my first time in nyc, and i loved it! we didnt get to go inside the statue of liberty, you have to get tickets in advance, and tickets are booked at least three months in advance.
the memorial was amazing, there were some characters standing around talking about lennon, and it was a good time.
have you ever been to juniors? its amazing. so delicious. im glad they dont have one in vegas, or else theyd know me on a regular basis.
