August 3, 2013: Samcheok, Korea

Yeah, I am the cannoli/tamale girl! I have a sister who everyone thinks is my twin, but we're actually 2.5 years apart.

It's hard to say because I've only been doing it for a week. Definitely it has helped daily aches and pains, and to deal with the pain from my other injuries...but I don't know that it can do much to touch the 9 year old pains that I have :(
