Anjelica, 25, South Korea.  This is my Thursday, September 19th.  It's also Chuseok, a national holiday in Korea, so I'm off of work and on day 2 of a 5 day weekend.  In this day Shane and I bum around the city and see a million cute animals.

What did you do for Chuseok?

And yeah I can't believe how many animals we saw!

The new skirt looks nice on you! Oh, and I love the expression on Shane's face on the "snack" picture. :) One of my girl friends was having some problems with thinning hair and said it got better after massaging her scalp regularly - she actually made this massager thing by bundling a bunch of toothpicks together with a rubber band and using the pointy ends to stimulate her scalp. I don't know how that works, but she swears by it.

Thanks! And yeah I love that picture.

How long did it take for the scalp rubbing to take effect? I read about using bottled water with a tablespoon of vinegar and a squirt of lemon, so I've been doing that. My hair feels a lot softer but I don't know if it's growing more.

I'm not sure how long it took, though when my friend had told me about it, she said she had been doing it for 4 months and noticed a difference.

What a cool day! My husband and I are debating teaching English abroad in South Korea in a few years.

Poor kitties. Glad you're looking after them, but so cruel and thoughtless to tie them up and forget about them!

Oh, are you two teachers? It's definitely a great market for teaching, especially since they've started passing regulations to get rid of people with no experience or criminal records (who were coming here to escape mandates of their probation, etc).

And yeah it was so sad about the kittens. We went back for the next couple days and fed and watered them until the owners returned.

You two are amazing! I understand the hair situation. (sheds a tear). I used to have really thick hair.

I actually like the sweater and skirt. Well done.
