Hi, Mommy's friends!
Yesterday we had a fun time at the Revel. First we had breakfast at
Strawn's Too. Mommy let me feed myself eggs and toast:
I can get really big handfuls into my mouth:
And then I have to lick my fingers:
After we finished breakfast and Mommy wiped my little hands and face, we went to the Revel downtown. Mom says parking was horrible, but I had fun in the backseat with my baby book!
At the very first booth we stopped at, a lady gave me a sucker!! Mom says I'm big enough now, as long as she's with me. Yum, yum:
I wanted to play with the booth that had pots and pans tied up with sticks to hit them, but there were too many big kids:
Mom found an architecture booth with fewer big kids. It had lots of blocks in it! At first I just wanted to eat them:
Then finally I figured out how to stack them! (Well, Mom made a little tower, and I put one on top. It counts!):
While we were walking around, Mommy took this picture of a friend of the
Tye Dye Mary booth owner, who was sleeping by the fence.** Mom said he made her feel peaceful. (Don't worry, we asked permission to take his picture!):
We had some food from the booths, too. Mom gave me some cheese pizza and frenchy fries, but she wouldn't let me have any of her Natchitoches meat pie. Mean ol' Mommy. We listened to a cover band and danced around for a bit, then we had to go home 'cause we were tiiiiiiired.
Ok, that's all I have to tell! Isn't my vocabulary impressive?
Love, Annabelle Caroline
** Cut me some slack; Mommy hasn't taught me about misplaced modifiers yet. O:)
