So I noticed that Intrade has the contract for Biden being dropped as VP at 8ish. However I can bet on Biden being dropped over at PaddyPower and get 33-1. Doesn't this mean I can sell contracts and put the money on over at Paddy for a freeroll? Or am I missing something?

Yes; don't forget that there are trading costs amounting to about 1.3% if you cross the spread on Biden on Intrade. Also you have to front the margin/carry on the entire liability amount until the election. But still, go,fight,arbitrage!
