Back on the patches again and yet another attempt to give up the ciggies. But this time time Im wearing the uber strength ones. Apart from feeling light headed and forgetful for some reason - like on Tuesday after going shopping, I put all the frozen meat into the cupboard instead of the freezer, until Loz rectified my mistake a few hours later
