i bought new plugs. theyre 0s. i was at 4s before. it is hurting to try to get them in. i have one ear at a 2 and one at alllmoosstttt a 0 as of now. by the morning i plan to have a new plug in my right ear and start getting the left ear from a 2 to a 0. kay.
