You sound wonderful! I added you. I'm almost 39 and in America, with a husband and teenage son. I've been using LJ since 2004 (on another account to start), and have been keeping a journal pretty much since I was old enough to write and understand what a journal was. I mostly write about my days and my life in general. I garden, crochet, bake bread, preserve my harvests, and we've recently begun camping as a family (with our son; my husband and I grew up camping).

I've added you. I've often wanted to try camping and keep meaning to one of these days. It sounds a lot of fun :-) My long distance partner is in Kentucky so I visit the US every summer for a few weeks.

Oh, I live in Indiana! We're north though, close to Chicago and Lake Michigan. Our son is originally from near KY though!

Camping is so fun! We went together all three of us in October, and it was very cold but it was so wonderful!
