Ive gotten some really good music lately. I bought this cd from this guy at the seattle music fest for $5. Hes a seattle rapper and hes really good. Then Chris burned me the Deadly Alliance demo which are some west seattle rappers and they are really good. Chris also burned me the new atmosphere cd. I have so much music to listen to now. Im pumped.

Look up some German rap as long as I'm here. I went to two more music stores while I was here and no one had that Brainpower cd... I'll keep looking though.

Isn't it fuckin' great when you get a connection to local musician? It can open whole new world up to you if you wish to enter it. There's a local band called "the schoolyard heroes" that I've seen/met twice who have been playing small shows...now they're set to play at EndFest 2004. It's just neat to go "hey, I fuckin' know those guys" and have a bit of a connection. Hopefully the same will happen with you and your newly discovered Seattle Artist.
