Not much of a girlfriend, I never seem to get a lot

I'm in a general state of shittyness at the moment for a variety of reasons.  Mostly because I'm sick.  I threw up last night and then first thing this morning.  I'm feeling extremely nauseous at the moment.  On top of that, I have the worst head cold.  I should probably go buy some cold medicine.  Wow, my body picked a terrific time to get sick
