I was thinking on how to show subtlely that they'd continue and I guess I can show it by Sho taking over Ohno's position, though never replacing the great leader they have once.
And yes, the baby! It gives him strength to move on!

It's so beautiful ending. So much beautiful. Even though Ohno is no longer there to love Sho, there is the little Satoshi who will always remind Sho of Ohno's once existence in his life.
