There has been an article written about mobbing, if I understand it correctly, bullying is called mobbing when the bullying is perpetrated by adults in the workplace. Mobbing is when other adults who should know better watch the bullying occurre and they either join in for some reason or another or they turn a blind eye to what is going on around
