I cannot believe that it is almost a fortnight since we headed out to Germany, the weeks of careful planning and organisation culminated in what i consider to be a resounding success.

The Coach company were excellent ,and did everything they promised to do, and provided us with a great driver in Gordon, who not only now has "turned to the darkside"

Leipzig is a lot further than Hildesheim, if there is enough interest, I will look at it, though it may need an overnight stop on the way there and back,

It does mean that luggage weight would not be a problem (waits for happy frog dance!!!)

I'm really glad you ran the bus as it got a few folks who maybe wouldn't have made it (I wonder who I mean ;-)) otherwise.

Hats off to you sir for making it a success. Obviously we didnt get to experience the whole bus thing ourselves but as part of the camping posse we really enjoyed having so many folks who we knew (some of which we hadnt seen in years) turn up this year :)

As I mentioned on your later post we're Leipzigging next year, probably flying to Berlin (same reason as this year, direct flights from Glasgow to Berlin are cheap) and training it to Leipzig as its only an hour on the train.

Yes there is a place going, and i can supply a hotel room, but it may be a case of having to share it either with Audrey or with Lee, as far as i can remember it is a twin room anyway.

Do you know where you are going to join the bus, pickups are Worcester 21.00, Coventry railway station 22.00, Watford Junction railways station 23.30, and Potters bar railway station 00.00?
