I'm pretty sure I have both eczema and psoriasis >:| meh. I'm sick of being riddled with skin problems. I don't want to worry about having painful itchy irritated skin for the rest of my life

I have eczema and I use Cortizone 10 and when I wash I use a special shampoo for irritated skin. It keeps my eczema under control and I don't itch a lot like I do without it. Maybe that'll help you.

I've used cortisone before and it didn't yield any results.. though it may have been a different strength, so it might be worth considering again. I use sensitive skin soap that doesn't seem to irritate my skin but if my eczema/psoriasis decides to flare up its hard to find anything that tames it. Oatmeal lotion soothes the itch a bit but nothing really heals it :(

Thanks for the input. :) I'll have to check on the cortisone thing and see what my prescription was.

I buy the over the counter stuff. It works wonders on my skin.
