Bonus of being so late to read your last chapter, I get another one the next day! YAY!

I loved the bit when Arthur was using magic and got so frustrated he used too much, unlucky Mordred! And he lost control over the magic on his eyes, fail Mordred, fail. He so deserved it! I loved Merlin's worry over Arthur too, before he woke up. That was great.

When Merlin was treating Arthur's wounds... oh god, the UST! Wow! *hits Merlin* How blind are you? Realise you fancy the guy, realise he fancies you, then kiss him for god's sake!! That was incredible.

Arthur threw up on Aravae! *bursts out laughing* That was so great, I really, really loved it! I laughed along with Merlin and Vesparr, even though I did feel bad for Arthur; how embarrassing! 'You threw up too?' 'Ah... no.' Aravae's reaction in the whole of that scene was really good, I could just hear her disgusted tone of voice when she told Merlin what had happened, and her sigh was a really great touch ( ... )

I like the slow buildup of the relationship and also how the dragons are with their riders and each other. Well done.

Thank you. xD
I didn't want to rush headlong into the relationship, and I love writing Merlin as totally clueless and Arthur as embarrassed.
I'm glad you are liking it. x3

love this so much! The Inheritance books are among my favourite too, and i love how you've managed to mix Paolini's fascinating world with the adorable characters of Merlin and Arthur.

And to answer your post title - i hate exam season too! Got two exams tommorrow, and then on monday my Literature exam which i'm dreading since i can't understand half of what Sylvia Plath is saying :(

Hopefully we'll both pull through alive and somewhat unharmed :)

Thank you - I'm glad you are enjoying it. I try my best to fit everything together. x3
Good luck!
I can relate about Plath, though we did her for our coursework rather than our exam. She's a bit depressing, isn't she? Use the word ambiguous in relation to her metaphors - that's a good word. xD

I didn't expect you to update so fast! How is exam prep going??

This chapter was made of so much win! I enjoyed snickering at Arthur when he threw up.... I could totally imagine him being all excited and fist pumping-arrogant before... then coming back looking green :P So cute! (except the vomit part!)

Oh Merlin is so Merlin-y... being completely oblivious! But the part where Arthur was shivering was... :o wow.. that was a awesome scene in general!

Guess what? I'm part way through Eldest now! Anyway good luck for exams and like stop procrastinating!!

Yeah, well. I had the day off, so I took a break and got all this out of my brain.
Really? Thank you. x3 I'm glad you liked it so much.
I totally couldn't resist. I've had that little gem planned for a while now, and figured it was time I unleashed it on the world.
Thank you. I liked writing that bit, mostly, I admit, because writing Merlin as so utterly blind makes me smile. He really just cannot see what is right there in front of him. x3
Yay! It's awesome, right? x3
Lawl. I'll get some more done tomorrow, don't worry.

Haha as long as your exams are still ok... but lol nice way to take the day from off writing and studying, doing more writing! lol whatever makes you happy! (and us happy)

Lol! Ego-bashing for Arthur and completely oblivious Merlin, I approve ;)

Yes the books are great! I get annoyed when my friends ask me out now cos I think 'damn, this is detracting from my reading time'.. so I bring the book along and ignore them :D yay for awesome-book induced antisocial behaviour!

oh guess what? well I finally finished this fanart thing that took me forever... so i finally have time to draw something else.. and no promises BUT i was kinda maybe thinking I'd draw something for this fic? maybe? Like if i can actually do something good enough. is that ok?

They are. Well, sort of. I hate them, what can I say. xD
Writing helps me relax. Just me? I enjoy it. I get really into it and it starts to make the bad go away.
And then I finish and the bad comes swooping back. xD
Good. 'Cause Arthur needs his ego bashing and oblivious!Merlin is endless fun. For me, anyway.
Hahaa!! That is awesome. I bet they are really annoyed with me now. xD
Oh, gosh. You want to draw something for this fic? Really? I would LOVE that. A lot. Honestly, I would, that'd be so awesome.

Aw, still lovely as always ♥

Loved the bits where Mordred got what he deserved for not teaching Arthur fully. Also loved the bits where Arthur bravely wanted to flight solo, but well, didn't so well in the end XD

God, Merlin was still dense, wasn't he? Poor Arthur ...

Thank you - I'm glad you are still liking it.
Mordred got what he deserved. I am so glad I planned that well in advance. I figured people might like it. xD
Of course. He wants to be independant...but then he still needs Merlin anyhow. Plus, I figured it was time for some humour.
He was. I do feel sorry for Arthur, but oblivious!Merlin is just too much fun to write. But do not fear, for I do have their first kiss planned.
It's not for a while, but it is planned.
