Yeah, I find it's a really good way to diving right into a character's mind. Admitedly it limits your narrative in other ways because you can't really get other people's view points in, but still.

Merlin is sooo cute!! He named his car! That has got to be the cutest thing ever, and so him!! I like Arthur as younger and idolising Merlin a bit.. So adorable too!!

But my favourite bit was definitely the description of Merlin... so beautiful!

Oh and just cos this fic included a really pretty description of the street in the rain i thought I'd mention... It POURING (and thundering) here!! Yesterday it was 40 degrees, today my balcany is flooding. Ah Melbourne. I love it. And my street goes down hill... it looks so much like a river right now. Can't wait to go out when it stops.. I really like rain. So yeah, your description of it was really awesome for me!
