Well its obvious that SOME sun is good. Humans invented clothes. Before that our bodies always got lots of sun. We havent evolved beyond that yet! But it could be that our atmosphere has changed and now we can get too much.

All I know is that girls who tan a LOT end up with ugly wrinkly skin by the time they are 30. They look 60!! Its horrible.
