It shouldn't be legal at all, and the sad thing is the Kennedy family couldn't stop it even if they tried because its on the computer. Though, people who download it should be sued just like the RIAA is suing music downloaders. The game is vile and despicable, not only because of the blood---there is gore in other games and they're not drawing media attention---but because it happened in real life. I can imagine too the Devil having a hand in that atrocity, that brute jerk! And the game was released on the anniversary of his death no less!
