random valentine's day menu

Okay, I think that for valentine's day, I'm going to have a kind of random menu:

Roasted garlic and crustinis

curried pumpkin soup

Vegetarian meetloaf with orange glazed green beans

Baked apples

Hopefully that should be delicious!

mmm...i love roasted garlic in a basalmic vinagrette (sp?)....sounds yummy to me... :)
