i am in the same weight situation you are. today i went to the gym and did 2.3 miles. it feels so good when you do an awesome workout. it makes me feel very refreshed.
Yeah, I find it really motivating. Knowing I can push myself further and further each time. It may be hard, but the payoff is so worth it. Plus, it can only keep getting easier...
I know! It is! I've gone down like 5 pant sizes this year! Everytime, I feel better and better.. its such a motivator!
She's fine now. I think she just really needed some attention. Plus now she got her very overdue shots...
Yeah, Free Day is the best day of my week. It helps me focus and curb cravings during the week, and then when it comes I tend to only choose a few small servings of the bad for me foods that I crave so bad. I don't think my dieting would have gone well without it.
