Well, I made it to Europe safely! I've been here for two weeks. Within the first few days I felt adjusted, and these two weeks have felt like a vacation. I had an orientation for my study abroad program yesterday. We broke into groups to learn more about the culture of our destination. Today there was an article in the student newspaper about several congressmen wanting to restart the draft. It's also that time of year when I'm spending a ton of time in studio. So last weekend I did something a bit out of the ordinary for my Kansan life. With two tests and a huge project looming over me, I jetted off to LA to catch a huge music festival called Coachella.
