all i have read so far is the first sentence of your post, but YES!!! i want my kids to be bilingual from the very beginning..then, maybe they can learn a third language when they get to school (this may be too much to hope for..haha) but yeah.

that's funny, I had a dream about that. my husband was spanish/italian or something so the kids spoke english, spanish, and italian because we lived in Europe and that's what people in Europe do. Our Swiss friend Max the musician speaks 5 languages fluently! But anyway, in the dream we eventually moved back to the US because we were dumb and the kids were teased in school because they were so much cooler than all the other kids and the other kids didn't see it that way. so yeah, I will stop now, the dream did make me want to make sure that any child(ren) I have will be bilingual because it's so much easier to learn when you're young
