So i have a cold and i had to work so i thought hey ill get some dayquil so i can get some relife.... i know nyquil works and so dose dayquil sept i think i actuly may have pulled a muscle from sneezing so hard a few times. so yes dayquil dose not help sneezing

I took my car in to get some work done today. and as they removed old bits and but in shiny new ones i did something i haven't done in a long long time. As a few people know i'm moveing back to Md. but heres the thing. my unstable sister is back in the hospital. Kips grand parents have come out for a week to help but now theres no telling when shes getting out so it might be like2 weeks or more . For the last 2 weeks one of my 2 days off i have to go in to work for meetings. this makes me sad in the sleeping part of my heart. ohh well i guess i will be up to do the things i need to now .

Tired and groggy that i cant shake. for like to days i just have felt out of it i cent rember feeling like this for no reason. i know im not dehydrated or suffering from lack of sleep. hopefully i will feel better in the morning.
