OMG you haven't seen OPI Shatter yet?!?!?!?! It's SUPER easy. You just put on two coats of polish, then put a thin coat of shatter on top and it automatically cracks like that. But it doesn't chip/flake off, it stays flay. Put some top coat over it and you're set. It's the coolest thing ever! I'll bring some to Wellspring, we can have mani/pedi night!
