Don't fret precious...

 Hello, hello.

I am not supposed to write anything in this nice, Saturday morning. I am close to go to my uni city . Another and last exam this month.
Great.

I saw a very nice challenge at 100_roadtrips

Decided to write. Drabble of less than 90 words it is.

I love Chuck Palahniuk and his disturbing writing. Watching "Fight Club" more than 3 times is really a sign ( Read more... )

fanfiction, saiyuki, drabble

Second person is probably me new favorite mode. Your detached narration lets us focus on Hakkai with incredible intensity. He wants to obliterate himself; you don't bother coming out and saying it. Instead you state facts about his state of mind. Facts he is too far gone to analyze. But we can because if you.

Thanks! Loved it.

I kind of went to get into Hakkai's position. Like he's talking to himself about his past.
That's why second person is used. Instead of describing the surroundings like third person view narrator would do, "he" follows the character and gets into his mind and picks up thoughts like a "friend" would do, seeing man in such a state.
(I love to do it with characters having problems with themselves...)

Ooo, nice premise for this one. I like how it moves from a one-on-one to a one-on-one thousand...

I love Hakkai and how messed up he is! ♥ Thanks for sharing this.

Hakkai surely wouldn't really count, he'd lost the track between one and hundred, then thousand rather fast until there would be no one left. Then he'd realise.
Since you don't realise while you're mad.

Oh, Hakkai is really messed up. My angsty boy... *chuckle* Cannot hate him.

My pleasure to see that people like it.

This was quite powerful, even with a theme so used and heard of. Nice! (If that can be the word when talking about Hakkai's mass murder.)

That's why I will keep digging through the 100_roadrtips xD To refresh some themes.
I'm glad that you liked it. Especially when I know that you write yourself <3
