Not sure if it's because of the late night or aftereffects of the headache, but I am super-out of it today. I noticed one odd symptom with the headache yesterday--my coordination went to hell. Like I'd try to screw on a cap and fail. At least that's better enough that I'm no longer scared to drive. Driving went...poorly...yesterday. We visited

I'm trying. :) It's almost like a physical depression, when days like this happen. I just have to keep on one task at a time, unless I can sneak off and try to sleep.

I didn't pay attention. I was too busy being mad at myself for taking wrong turns. :}

At least by the time we went to and from singing, it was mostly 'I'm with stupid' issues, and my coordination wasn't so bad that I took out garden gnomes or anything.

I wouldn't want to do that. What would the homeowners say when the flamingos came?

Headache diary?

As in, "My headache was really horrible today. Here's what my symptoms are, and here's I might have done yesterday to cause me to have this kind of headache?"

It's to record frequency, severity and symptoms of headaches, and to see whether the new migraine medicine works.
