For my research paper I chose Neverwhere, by Neil Gaiman. At first, I had a hard time reading this book. I actually did not like Neverwhere until I was finished with it and looked back on it. Although Neverwhere had many very obvious themes, I did not notice a major theme until the novel came to an end. I thought the main theme of Neverwhere was
