ouch. i was at the helpdesk at like 12:30 and standing there for approx 5 min and the guy took about 5 phone calls about imp/blackboard. i was at the desk cuz i needed him to fill out a work order for my f-ed up laptop cuz the backlight burnt out. and i needed blackboard. buti get its not yourrrrr faults. its the stupid ppl who try and make it all fancy and shut it down in the middle of the day on a monday. stupid stupid people.

i don't think they shut it down, i think it went down..and no one was in operations because of labor day..just made things a million times worse.
