It's available on Amazon? I struggled forever trying to get it at Dreamspinner Press which didn't work because PayPal seriously hates me. I was really unhappy about that.

Just bought it on Amazon though and I'm going to start reading now. (Luckily, I finished the book I was reading about 15 minutes ago).

I'm so looking forward to this.
