I know what you mean. You make some very valid points. As life goes though, you sometimes just have to take the good with the bad. Now on what your mom said I think that you and her both aren't seeing each other eye to eye. What I think, and this could be quite wrong but I just replying according to what I have heard, you don't like people controlling your life, and that is very cool. A matter of fact most people don't. What I think might be happening is that your mother is afraid something bad might happen and try to not let whatever she is thinking happen before it does, if it ever will. Take this for example, say its 15 years into the future, your a mother and have a daughter of 15, she reminds you of yourself with her strong feelings of being independent and doing what she wants to do. Over all you aren't too worried because she is a bright girl that can pretty much take care of herself. Now say one day you start to get a weird feeling that say she might be about to do something that could really end up bad for her and is
