Yes, it's candy. It's basically the equivlent of shoving tablespoons of sugar, artificial flavorings, and Rice Krispies cereal in your mouth.

ah yes. The Lorax. I do love him so. ;)

I spent 50 bucks on records and almost as much on needles recently. Count me in for "frivolous" as well!

WHOA I remember having some sort of lolly thing as a kid that pops in your mouth. That must be the stuff, or something similar. Good shit, that :-D Could never get enough of it!

All money that is not spent on basic needs (Air, Water, Food, Shelter, ect.) could be generalized as frivolous given the taste of whomever is judging it, so don't worry about it unless you want some other frivolous thing that you would rather buy. Just be sure to watch your credits. You don't want to be doppled into a mangy old baboon.

Since the last time you saw me at Pepper's things there have been some serious up and downs in my life. (Hence, the hiking trip.)

But lately, there's been some consistency. Things have been MUCH calmer than usual, and I can actually maintain one solid thought without being interrupted by a barrage of other impending thoughts.

It's eight in the morning and I'm thinking about taking this time to myself and walking around Vancouver. I have no idea where this feeling is coming from...but I'm going to try to make it last!

P.S. I'm taking your advice and heading over to the library later to check out some books in Spanish.
