Just as awesome as the first part! The Jack/Ianto dialogue was just perfect, slightly edgy and very them, and the end -- man, do I want Jack to question him over this! Please write that!

Here via blue fjords rec. Both these pieces are lovely. I'm a bit of a sucker for any fic that acknowledges the reality that Jack may be a 51st century guy, he's living in a 21st century world, and not everyone is as open-minded as he is.

Also, I love how low key Jack and Ianto are. No over the top romantic declarations. I find Jack eating off of Ianto's plate to be much more effective and true to character. Less is much, much more when it comes to Jack and Ianto. With regard to dialogue, at any rate.

oh...i'm so glad that was effective. i wanted to show that yes, they have real feelings for each other, but they interact much like how i do with significant people in my life. i'm so glad you enjoyed!
