I get up run, shower, eat and go to work (seems safe); get there end up working outside and burn (thats twice now!). I know how you feel. We all have those days where nothing seems like it's going right. Just remember that things will get better. Caffiene isn't supposed to relieve stress, it just keeps you awake. I would suggest doing something relaxing like reading, watching TV, or just call someone and hang out. Or you could always get out your airsoft gun, I imagine that could be stress relieving too. ^-^
