42 Phase all cookware into stickless cookware. i vote cast iron. it;s super easy to season and to clean (you just rinse it out with hot water). the problem i've had with other nonstick pans, like teflon coated etc, is that the after awhile the nonstick coating starts to flake off, and then you either have to throw the pan out or scrape all the coating off with a wire brush. which is dumb.
I've noticed that with teflon too, but so far the pans I've been using for a year or so have been pretty fantastic. I go out of my way to use them when I can.
I haven't been to Oregon yet, but you better believe that's on the list!
