movies; the time traveler's wife
i love eric bana. and have some interest for rachel mcadams. them together = gag. i thought this would be a wonderful love story, but nothing like it entered my mind when i saw the movie. really really really boring.
- i a starting to think that i should not peruse a career in time travel. why? i'd run out of clothing a lot quicker than i run out of money.
- how many eric bana's can you put on the screen? not enough. but the disappearing and appearing with the different ages got confusing. the first time clare ran into henry when she became an adult was stupid. "hi it's me clare. yes you don't know me. but here i'll babble about how you know me and what we do together. i totally know i'm freaking you out right now. but let's not let that rain on the parade". yawn. it would freak me out too.
- the baby being able to time travel in and out of the womb. weird. weird weird.
- eric wearing the very very short shorts. hilarious. and the blouse. HAHAHA! what did he do? rob a hooker of her clothing?
- henry dies. oops! i hope i didn't spoil it for you! but even so, there's many henry's running around clare shouldn't get all worked up for nothing.
- why does clare move back to her parents house? hmm.
- henry gets shot by clare's dad when he went hunting. i knew it was coming.
- i've seen better love stories and tragedies than this movie. so not worth seeing or buying. maybe the book is better.
