Dead from Everything

Crazy busy day.  Now can someone please bury me in a freezer or something...

Today I had a tiresome and stressful trip to and from Ventura County for a job interview.  First I leave at 12:30 PM to get to my interview at 2PM cuz it's a 60 mile drive one way.  Stupid google maps takes me through the most crowded construction zone ever so I end up busting 90 mph down the 101 N since I just waded myself through traffic and it was then 1:15PM.  I get there exactly at 2PM, and the big boss guy is the first to interview me.  First thing he mentions is that I'm "a little late (chuckles, or at least I hope it was a chuckle)."  Mind you, when I talked to him over the phone he said come in any time between 2-3pm and it's fine - apparently not.  The interview was the usual - asked me of my current and past work, my experiences, and what not.  Then he asks me if I still remember my chemistry and if I could write down a formula.  At this point I totally got lost in translation because when he said that I totally thought he meant a chemical equation like NaCl + H2O => explosion.  So I tried to avoid it by saying I'm a bit rusty.  Then I asked him some questions about the company, and it was chill.  Then he asked me the same question again at the end, and he asked me to write down my current research.  He just write CH3OH and he said "good".  So I was totally lost in translation because all he wanted were structures, and here I am thinking "what elaborate equation am I supposed to write down."  I wrote down more of the "formula's" that he asked, so hopefully that was enough to appease him.
Next, the lab manager gave me an interview, and he was pretty chill.  He asked me many personal questions, and the same one's the big boss asked.  It wasn't as "strenuous" I'd say.  Unfortunately, at the end, the position they were looking to fill was one I was "over qualified for"  and the other two positions they had - that I fit into - were recently filled.  Thing is they said that their business is growing so it was a bit more likely they'll need more qualified people soon.  Hopefully I left a good impression to reconsider me.

Now I had to make the drive back to LA to help my mom move a couch from the living room to the garage at my home.  I didn't want to wait for anyone so I moved it myself.  I had to carry it out the front door and 40 feet to the garage.  Now you need to know, this couch was one of those 3-person couches, and you don't want to be dragging it on the sidewalk.  So I had to carry it every 5-10 feet and then rest until it was finally in the garage.  x__x.  My mom gets home, wants to talk about the interview, but I want to leave - and I do - because I don't want to listen or so anything to keep me there longer.  I want to get to the gym before it closes.

I make my way back to USC, I get geared for the gym, and I start working out.  Just to let you know, my arms are already somewhat fatigued.  I also tried on this new accessory I bought at Big 5 called the "Belly Burner."  It's essentially a strip of polyurethane foam that wraps around your abdomen, and is meant to make you sweat more around that area to get rid of the water weight.
The first couple of exercises seemed alright with it.  It didn't really affect me that much.  Then I got to the more active ones I do, and then I started sweating a lot more from EVERYWHERE!!!  Yes, more was coming from the ab region, but my core temperature just felt higher  :/.  I started doing my cardio exercises, and everything just went to hell for me.  Breathing was a lot more difficult, and I was sweating A LOT!!.  I had to call it quits mid workout because I was about to faint.

When I got back home I found it really hard to eat anything.  I waited a couple of hours, and was reluctant to eat then.

Now I lay here in my room... Dying ..................

Someone make me a coffin of ice please....

Hopefully, they won't get mad at me at work for skipping today, even though I gave them a 5 day notice to my head supervisor (who totally knows the big boss of the company I interviewed for BTW).

I also hope to hear from them as well; I've been waiting for an opportunity in the industry jobs.
