Also, grammarian speaking, you don't need the apostrophe in "Friends only." The apostrophe makes it possessive, ie:

This is my friend's pizza.

but not

My livejournal is just for my friends.

hi, i was asking you about training a dog, figured i'd respond here. i just got the dog today, he's 9 months old and hasn't had much training up until this point. he's not even housebroken yet, i dont think i need help with that because i'm just going to let him outside as often as possible (unless you have some magical tips), what i will need some help with is his ATTITUDE. he's stubborn (no surprise as he is part bulldog), and when he starts to play it turns very aggressive and he tries to bite and scratch and won't back down. he completely stops listening and the only way i've gotten him to stop so far is by totally ignoring him until he realizes (i hope) that it's not going anywhere. so, i'd love some tips on curbing that and whatever other training tips i could get.... this is my first dog since i was a kid, but i do work at a vet so i've picked up some training skills there, i am just doubting that it's enough. sorry for the blabbering and thanks in advance if you can help!

If you can afford it, I would take him to level 1 obedience at Heatherlea. I can give tips, etc later when I'm home from work. Just on lunch right now.
