It even tastes good with out the cheese :3 I'd imagine if you used Japanese Aubergines, they would taste absolutely delicious roasted with garlic, olive oil and salt instead of baked.

Yeah, I was thinking of oven toasting the lasagna, since I don't have a full-sized oven at my disposal. I'd have to change the ingredients and their amounts around slightly, but I'm sure it'd taste fab all the same. Mmm, can't wait to try it out!

That looks delicious. I gotta try that some time. Are you sure it's wax paper or is it parchment paper?

Thanks ♥ The original recipe called for Parchment paper, but wax paper is what I had on hand and its more economical.

Oh! I was wondering about that because I thought you're not supposed to use wax paper in the oven? I mean I have parchment paper for making biscotti so when i do make this i can use that. It still looks delicious! did you make anything else to go with this?

I had no idea wax paper wasn't oven safe, I hardly use it T_T;; We opened up a bottle of Merlot and called it a day. The portions were very filling.

Its meaty enough that non vegetarians will love it, my Fiance gave up meat for lent and I've been cooking vegan/vegetarian options to prove that he doesn't always have to have a meat based dish for lunch/dinner. Its really easy to make, you should try it ♥
