I often like to joke that my relationship with Steve has been like "My Big Fat Greek Wedding". D: Kilawing Kambing sounds kinda, pretty much gross. The ones I won't eat are dinuguan and balut. But other than that, I LOVE Filipino food. ♥

aww thanks, I hope one day I can cook Filipino food as good as my future father in law.

I've tried chocolate meat before, but I'm just not fond of blood puddings (too metallic and irony for my taste). I've always wanted to try balut, but I'm not sure if I can trust those vendors that peddle outside of ranch 99 or seafood city :3
