That's hilarious that a trivet is listed as a college necessity. I mean, in the once-in-a-blue-moon time that I need something with the functionality of a trivet, I use, you know, a plate, or a paper towel, or something.

I don't even know what a trivet is...and when I have internet that isn't dialup, I'll look it up.

I had a garlic press...that might've been the most unnecessary kitchen utensil we had.

Lord knows the MUB could've done with some knife sharpeners...
