That . . . do they have to be killed? Maybe if we could find out what they're really after, what they need, help them find a legal way of getting it . . .

Of course, that might not work. They might not want to play nice, I realize, but . . .

I'm not sure if killing them is really necessary. Talking them out of it is a possible safe way, but they might not listen to us.....
