it's a little early even for the most critical pessimist so don't get discouraged, love. you've had 5 days worth of classes, yes? tell me how you feel after your third week. and don't forget to get your bravery on and use your spanish out in the world. languages are always more difficult inside of the classroom than out.
also, when i get the courage to study abroad copy and paste this message to me so i can remember what a hypocrite i am!
ps! i also volunteer to be an ambassador of southern culture to iker casillas. we're a nice and easy people and i'm sure i'd find a way to slow that tongue down.
Awww, hon you absolutely will! I promise it gets easier. The hardest leap to make is from the foundation stuff to actually deciphering words when ppl are speaking them, especially in a conversational way, but it gets easier the more you do it. Just keep watching Sergio Ramos interviews and try to understand what he's saying, it'll come ;). Ánimo, chica!
you will, love. i promise. it takes time and sometimes it sucks but don't get down on yourself. you have the desire to learn it and so you will. you got yourself to spain, didn't you? as we say in puerto rico, hace de tripas, corazones. you'll get there. stay positive. (sergio scored a goal for you today.) ♥
