Last night they were playing guitar, plugged into an amp, until 5:00 am this morning, when I finally couldn't take another minute of it. my advice is to locate the police number and call next time without warning them first. my brother got arrested for being loud and "disturbing the peace". he has to complete some hundreds of hours of community service and pay a $700 fine for it. so call them.

I found the police number the next day at work. I figured I would have to use it that night too, but fortunately, they were quiet. Funny thing is, I guess the guy I ws yelling at left in the morning and must have run his truckinto something because it looks like he hit a tree or a pole. GOOD! Serves him right.
