I just wished they had developed it a little bit more. Not necessarily with the emphasis only us fans can give to something like this, but at the very least follow up on the sign of PTSD that Dean was showing...

Wonderful, wonderful!! Unbelievably creative and so well written. I really love how you made Purgatory "outside" of the rules of physics. That was a very nice detail. I would have easily given my right boob (it's the perkier one) to have something like this on the show. Would love to have known that Dean's time in Purgatory had substance and lasting effects. Don't get me wrong...watching a dirty!feral!Dean run through the forest with an axe is super hot...but it is not as compelling as this.

It really would've been nice to see the show explore a little bit more Dean's PTSD and his sense of longing for Purgatory... preferably while keeping all of our boobs in place *g*
