It's been awhile...

...and I'm doing much better. Finally over my long battle with a sinus infection, and my doctor has put me on an antidepressant. It's working beautifully I might add. Though, he did note that I'm now suffering from osteopenia... not quite osteoporosis...but bad enough. I'm waiting on the lab results on my vitamin D levels and we'll go from there. I

*hugs* Glad you're feeling better.

I have been informed that anybody living north of Atlanta gets Vitamin D deficient in the winter and can benefit from supplementation. However, since you're kinda right there, I'd be curious to see what the results show. That said, even my folks down in Florida are apparently deficient; I think this probably has something to do with the combination of sunscreen and not constantly running around naked.

Well, I got the results. Not the actual data, mind you. I have extremely low levels of D, so he's started me on a course of therapy that has me taking Drisdol 500000IU once a week for 12 weeks. Fun.
