Well, I just had my first week of school as an English Lit major. I have to say it's a little overwhelming from the reading point-of-view, but I'll take reading to studying Economics any day. I bought Season 1 of The Office today. I am seriously in love with this show...and Jim Halpert. The commentaries are great...I'm glad so many people participated in them. Veronica Mars Season 2 comes out tomorrow and I just have to buy that too even though there are plenty of other things I should be saving my money for! Oh well. XD ( Read more... ) -
Updates on my life in general
I'm really bad at this Livejournal thing. Well...work has been sucking lately. I've been having to work until 3-4 in the morning because of something called Rollover. I'm getting lots of extra hours, but sitting at a computer for 10 hours with no one else around just doesn't do anything for me. Clerks II
So, I saw Clerks II last night, and I have to say that my love for Kevin Smith has not faltered. I laughed harder than I have in a long time at this movie. He's just so good with dialogue. OMGBUGS.
I just took my dog outside for like 10 seconds and managed to get bitten by a horsefly. The thing then proceeded to fly into my apartment and my boyfriend had to kill it. Boring Job
I think I have the most boring job ever. All I do it sit at a computer from 5PM to Midnight and make sure these programs are running. BORING. I guess I should be a little thankful for it though, because I probably wouldn't have discovered all the wonderful fanart and fanfiction in the internet world if I didn't have this job ( Read more... ) -
My first fanfiction ever, and of course it is Veronica Mars.
So I was on my way home from work tonight, and I started thinking about how much I didn't like the way the rooftop scene in the season 2 finale of Veronica Mars played out. So I decided to write my own. This is my first fanfiction ever.

I changed my major
I just changed my major to English Literature after being a General Busness major for 3 years. I feel good about the decision, though complete lack of sleep thanks to my finals may have been a factor. -
Veronica Mars
Well, I am an obsessed Veronica Mars fan. Last night was the 3rd to last episode of the season and it broke my heart. I swear, Kristen Bell and Jason Dohring just kick ass. They are two of the best television actors I have ever seen, and I am sure they would burn up the big screen as well ( Read more... )
