Sorry Excuses...

Well, I haven't posted here in a while, so I guess it's time for an update.

I've been working on a bunch of different things lately. A while back, I finished the Google Map I made for Baltimore-Washington UU's. It's quite neat, they gave us a lot of praise for that, and it was loads of fun learning how to create maps with javascript ( Read more... )

MySpace - Add Image Links 2 Greasemonkey script I've made.

Kewl. If I was subscribed to that site, I'd add a comment, but I don't think I am. I did try to download that Greasemonkey script you made to block MySpace ads and I had trouble making it work, so I ended up giving up. I just avoid MySpace. You should add "Open Source contributor" or something like that to your resume.

The Glowing Colors really look like they're on her. Am I actually supposed to see a variety of colors, though, or just the words in bright yellow? I guess that new Photoshop does some neat things. Unfortunately, what you're making for that map isn't enough to pay for it and what I'm making for the whole site isn't even enough. If we get funds for another one, we've already got the experience so it'll be more rewarding (no lost time for the learning curve).

BTW, I never saw that "busy" icon with the little computer. Neat!

Hmm, the ad slicer script requires the greasemonkey extension for it to work, there's also another one for Safari but I forget what it's called. Assuming you had Greasemonkey installed, tho, I've had to update that script several times since I first created it due to MySpace changing their layout constantly...

Btw, those glowing colors are actually on her. They were written in yellow highlighter and taken in black fluorescent lighting. The only thing I used photoshop for was removing some spots where the ink rubbed off.

Yeah, actually that was one of the reasons why I switched to that mood theme long ago. I just haven't actually used that mood until now :P
