yeah - ive never been in a group where emotions were so involved in communicating or where people use their emotions so much as responses. its human nature i guess, but it can at times make the communication process a challenge either by trying not to stir something that wont be able to be tamed but yet still getting the severity of your point across. i could go on about it, but its not going to do any good until something changes with the people involved. im just trying to think of a way to approach this safely - i totally agree with you though
