That's a very good question. I wish I'd thought of it at the time, so I could have looked at the poster with the question in mind. The lettering on both sides was the same color, and I think the same style, but (if I remember correctly) the side about the scandalous body used somewhat bigger lettering. It wasn't different enough to strike me as jarring. My own flyers use bigger letters to say I teach math and chemistry than to say I will meet students in Arlington, Belmont, or Cambridge.
Well, most of us are still burdened by the old messages, even as we struggle to think in newer, healthier ways. It's not surprising that this often results in mixed messages.
I wouldn't have been surprised to see two flyers, one with each message, that just happened to point people to the same pilates school. But this feels like a different thing from "there are many people in this class, and they don't all have the same motives for being here."
